One of Leonard M. Adlemans main contrabutions is his help in invinting the Cryptographic Communication System, also known as RSA encryption. This encryption is still used in things like gmail. He is also the first person to successfully use DNA Computing to speed up the time it takes to solve difficult equations and problems by useng molecules found in DNA.
